Ethan is a local development tool. By using Ethan, you agree to these terms.

1. Local Use Only

Ethan runs entirely on your machine. We do not have access to your projects, files, or processes. You are responsible for how you use the tool.

2. Your Projects

You retain full ownership of all projects managed through Ethan. We do not store, analyze, or share your project data.

3. Process Management

Ethan helps you start, stop, and monitor development processes. You are responsible for the processes you run and ensuring they comply with applicable laws and licenses.

4. Authentication

We use Google OAuth to authenticate you. Your email and basic profile information are stored securely to manage your account. We do not access or store your Google password.

5. Disclaimer

Ethan is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damage caused by the software or processes you run using it.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Ethan after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
